There are two application forms for the Esther H. Hawks Scholarship. If you are applying for the first time, please download the Application Form for First Time Scholarship Applicants. If you are applying to renew your scholarship, please download the Renewal Form.
You may print and submit a handwritten form. You may also choose to type your information into the word document and save it as a PDF to send (this is preferable, but will not impact the Trustees evaluation of your application). Once you have received your FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS), download a PDF and be sure to include the Student Aid Index (SAI), the Estimated Federal Student Aid, the FAFSA Form Answers, the School Information, and the Next Steps. If you choose to submit your application form and FAFSA Submission Summary (including the SAI – Student Aid Index) via email to the Trustees, you MUST use this email: HawksTrust@gmail.com.
